Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Starting Vendor

You can select Vendor during the same sign-up used for Collector, or upgrade later. Web/PWA customers complete Stripe Checkout. The free trial starts only after Checkout has successfully created the subscription and stored an eligible payment method. Native iOS or Android subscriptions may instead be processed by Apple or Google under the store terms shown at purchase.

Shop workspace

Shop is a separate workspace for retail stock, staff, till sessions and stocktakes. During controlled preview, access is granted manually and no Shop subscription is charged. When paid Shop onboarding is enabled, the exact price, billing interval, included staff allowance and payment provider will be shown before purchase. The planned standard price is £24.99 monthly or £249 annually with five staff accounts plus the owner included.

Premium plans

Premium plans are launched only after the relevant features and billing configuration pass the Owner Launch Centre checks. Planned standard prices are Collector Premium at £4.99 monthly or £49.99 annually, Vendor Pro at £12.99 monthly or £129.99 annually, and Shop Premium at £39.99 monthly or £399 annually. The exact live price, trial period and billing interval are shown before confirmation. Vendor Pro and Shop Premium are complete plan levels rather than a second charge added on top of the corresponding standard plan.

Private lifetime discount

An Owner may attach a private 50% lifetime discount to a named account and one Premium plan. It is not a public or transferable promotion code. Once activated, the discount continues while that specific subscription remains uninterrupted. If the subscription is cancelled and ends, the discount is forfeited automatically. Only an Owner may choose to issue a new offer later.

Existing Vendor price protection

Active paying Vendor customers recorded when the protection programme begins may keep their existing £6.99 monthly or £69.99 annual standard Vendor price while the same subscription remains continuous. If that subscription is cancelled and ends, the protected price is forfeited and any later subscription uses the price shown at the new checkout.

Trial eligibility

The Vendor trial lasts 30 consecutive days and is normally available once per account and customer. Creating extra accounts to repeat a trial is not permitted. We may refuse or withdraw a duplicated or abused trial. Collector remains free whether or not Vendor is taken.

Automatic renewal and charges

Unless cancelled, a paid Vendor or Shop subscription automatically changes from trial to the selected recurring plan. Vendor monthly renews at £6.99 and Vendor annual at £69.99. When Shop billing is enabled, Shop monthly renews at £24.99 and Shop annual at £249, unless a different total is shown before purchase. The exact plan, price, billing interval and next charge date are shown during checkout and in the billing portal. Any taxes that must be charged will be shown before confirmation where applicable.

We will use Stripe’s trial-ending event to send a reminder approximately three days before the trial ends when transactional email is correctly configured. We will also provide any additional renewal notices required by applicable UK law. You remain responsible for keeping your email address current and can cancel online at any time.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Open Account plan.
  4. Select Cancel Vendor membership, confirm with your password, and submit.

You may also use the secure billing portal where available. Apple or Google subscriptions must be cancelled through the relevant store subscription-management screen, which the native app should open directly.

What cancellation does

Cancellation stops automatic renewal. It does not normally remove Vendor immediately: access continues until the end of the current trial or paid period shown in Settings. The account then returns to free Collector. Collection records remain unless you separately delete the account. You can resume renewal before the end date where the payment provider permits.

Cooling-off and statutory rights

Your statutory rights are unaffected. The 30-day free trial is longer than the ordinary 14-day cancellation period that commonly applies to a new UK distance service contract, so a new trial can be cancelled during that period without a subscription charge. If you buy Vendor without a trial, you ask us to begin supplying the service immediately; if a statutory cancellation right applies after supply has started, a proportionate amount may be payable where the law allows.

Where UK law gives a further cooling-off or refund right after a trial converts or an annual subscription renews, we will apply that right from the date it legally applies to the contract. Contact support promptly after an unwanted renewal so the correct statutory or contractual remedy can be assessed.

Refunds and billing errors

Stopping renewal does not automatically refund time already supplied. We will provide refunds or other remedies where required by law, where a duplicate or incorrect charge has occurred, or where we agree one as a goodwill resolution. Contact support@example.com promptly with the account email, charge date and provider. Do not email full payment-card details.

Price changes

We will give clear advance notice of a recurring price increase and explain when it applies and how to cancel. A change will not be hidden inside unrelated wording. App-store price changes also follow the applicable store process.

Failed payments

If renewal payment fails, the provider may retry and ask you to update the payment method. Vendor access may be restricted or end if payment remains unsuccessful. Free Collector access remains available unless the account is suspended for another valid reason.
